What are pre-loved and past season?

Pre-loved items are meticulously curated to ensure that they're in excellent condition, having been dry-cleaned and made ready for a new life. Past Season items are generally leftover stock from previous seasons, remaining new and unworn and usually still featuring their original tags.

How often do you drop new arrivals?

Typically we drop new arrivals weekly, and we love setting up your week with some lovely new items so dropping new items on a Monday evening is where it is at (for now!!)!! 

Are all your products authentic?

Authenticating pre-loved items is part of our service offering, and we take it seriously at Winkel. All of our pre-loved items go through a five-step inspection process including an authentication process by our specialist Care Team to ensure it is the genuine article. 

We guarantee that every item is 100% authentic and we will offer a full refund for any item that is proven not to be authentic.


What size should I take?

One minute they're fitting just right, and the next - whoosh! They've shot up like a beanstalk! But don't worry, we've got your back in the sizing game. We want to take the guesswork out of dressing your little one, so they're always looking fabulous and have some longevity in their new fit.

Some handy hints to help find the perfect size:


1. Go up a size: grab our handy size guide and take your child's measurements!
2. Brand smarts: every brand has its own flair, and in that respect we usually provide some guidance on whether we think a brand runs smaller, bigger or true to size.
3. Leverage our Try Before You Buy offering, and try the item at home and return any items that don't fit.

How do I care for my piece?

To find the care instructions for a product check the items garment label. For questions about a specific product please contact our Care team.

What condition will the clothes be in?

Our clothes are priced according to their condition.

Brand new (with tags): never been worn and still with tags.
Excellent condition: gently used and looks like new.
Great condition: used a few times, but still in great shape. Any minor flaws are noted in the listing and photos.
Good condition: Well-loved and still in good overall shape. There may be some signs of wear, which will be clearly indicated on listing and photos.
Satisfactory condition: Heavily used and shows more wear (like fading or piling). Any significant defects will be clearly noted in the listing and photos.

How do I confirm you have received my order?

We send an email confirmation for every order and it should be with you within 10minutes. If you do not receive it please check your spam/bulk folder, and if you still can't find it, please email us at shop@winkel.au.

Where can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.


Can I cancel my order?

We will always do our best to process your request. Contact our Care Team as soon as possible with your order details. We process orders quickly, so the sooner you contact us, the better your chances of cancellation. Please note that once your order has been fulfilled, we are unable to cancel it, however, you can always request a return if you need to.

Can I amend my address?

If you notice any mistakes or need to request a modification to your order, please contact our Care Team for assistance.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Winkel items are returnable within 14 days of their delivery date. Please see our Returns and Refunds policy for additional information.
