Follow Four Easy Steps to Sell on Winkel

Step 1: DM or Email us letting us know that you'd like to sell with us. For an idea of what we stock please see the A-Z of our designers here. No high street brands please (e.g Cotton On, H&M, Zara)!* Please feel free to send pics/describe items you'd like to sell and an indicative sale price. We can discuss pricing and products with you in more detail once we have received items.

Step 2: Fill a pre-used box or satchel (that you have around the house!) with your gently worn designer baby and kids clothing. See here for SendThat's packaging guidelines. We also have Local Drop Off Points - see instructions below.** 

Step 3: When you're ready drop us a line and we will arrange for your items to be picked up by SendThat - no need to go to the Post Office, they pick up right from your doorstep!

Step 4: We'll process your items, send you a confirmation email of listing prices and listing date & pay you once your items are sold. Generally, we don't hold items for longer than 3 months. We will pack up any unsold items and can deliver them locally or donate them on your behalf.

Please note that payouts will be processed after any unsold items have been delivered back to you. Payouts are made within 14 days of the last of your items being sold, or three-month period has lapsed from receiving your items for sale, whichever is the earliest of the two events.

Seller keeps 50% of sale.

Winkel keeps 50% commission.

Commission is paid less GST, please keep this in mind when pricing your items.

** Local Drop Off Points: 

We have partners around Sydney (Metro) and Melbourne (Metro) who host drop off points at their businesses. Please email us with the suburb where you live/work and the items you would like to sell and we will provide the contact details of the nearest drop off point.
